Initial consultation is free
Investigations - $75.00 per hour
Other expenses can include but are not limited to:
Flight expenses
Overnight lodging and meals when overnight is required
Commercial transportation
Parking fees
A retainer fee based on the total estimated cost of time and expenses will be required prior to the actual investigation. When the investigation is complete, if a retainer balance is due the client, a check will be issued to the client immediately.
Process Service - Within Johnson Co. limits - $50.00 (Pre-paid and sent with documents to be served.)
Outside Johnson Co. limits - $50.00 plus $75.00 per hour pro rated outside of the county. (Pre-paid and sent with documents to be served.)
Prior to process service, client is to provide Kidwell Investigations with correct and complete information on individual(s) to be served including:
Name, address of residences and work, home cell and business phone, best time of day when the individual(s) should be at location to be served.
If process can't be completed on 1st attempt all future service will be charged at a pro rated amount of $75.00 per hour.
